Returns & Refund Policy

At Saleeka, we stand by the quality of our atmosphere solutions. If your experience doesn't meet the standard of "finesse" we promise, we are here to help.

1. 7-Day Return Guarantee We offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery. If your humidifier arrives damaged or is technically faulty, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.

2. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return:

  • The humidifier must be in its original packaging (the 2.5" x 3.5" Saleeka Box).

  • The humidifier must not show signs of physical damage or misuse (e.g., being dropped or burnt out due to lack of water).

  • Note on Oils: Since the 30 mL aroma oils are consumable personal care products, they cannot be returned if the seal has been broken or the oil has been used, unless the bottle arrived leaking or broken.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email [Insert Link/Number] with your Order ID and a short video/photo of the issue.

  • Once approved, you will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived dead-on-arrival (DOA).

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 5 business days.
